This marks Lesley’s fifth consecutive and seventh career win. Ms. Sheinberg has built a reputation as a top office and medical-sector leasing broker representing prominent landlords and tenants, as well as investors in South Florida and throughout the southern United States.
Throughout her career, Lesley Sheinberg has completed more than 2.6 million square feet (MSF) of transactions, including nearly 1 MSF in the medical sector, representing over $267 million in total transaction volume. In 2025 alone, she closed $20 million in sales transactions and 165,000 square feet of leases, totaling more than $40.4 million in annual transaction volume.
Ms. Sheinberg has also been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a 2026 Influential Business Women Honoree, a program that recognizes 25 South Florida women for outstanding leadership, business acumen, and contributions to the community.
