About Us
The Business Development Board of the Palm Beaches is Palm Beach County’s official public/private economic development organization. Founded in 1982 as a not-for-profit corporation, we have served as the county’s trusted partner for corporate relocation, expansion, and retention — providing site selection assistance, market data, incentive guidance, and workforce connections at no cost to businesses. We provide services to all of the Palm Beaches — from Boca Raton up to Jupiter and out west to the Glades Region.
Our purpose extends beyond business growth — it is about people. For generations, too many young people raised in the Palm Beaches had to move away to find careers worthy of their talents. We exist to change that. By attracting quality employers and helping established businesses grow, we bring well-paying careers to the community, ensuring the next generation never has to choose between opportunity and home. Every company we assist strengthens the region we all share by supporting schools, small businesses, and public services.
