Palm Beach County, FL – May 21, 2025 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB), in collaboration with Kaufman Rossin, one of Florida’s premier accounting and advisory firms, is proud to announce the launch of the 2025 Palm Beach Leadership Survey. This strategic partnership aims to gather valuable insights from the county’s leading executives, business owners, and key decision-makers.
The survey will explore the current business climate in Palm Beach County, identify emerging challenges and opportunities, and provide a deeper understanding of how local leaders are responding to an evolving economic environment.
“Palm Beach County is home to some of the nation’s most innovative and fast-growing companies,” said Kelly Smallridge, President and CEO of the Business Development Board. “This survey will give us a pulse on what’s driving success—and what’s keeping leaders up at night.”
Findings from the survey will help shape future initiatives to support and strengthen the region’s thriving business community.
Kaufman Rossin brings a strong background in economic analysis and business strategy to the partnership. “We’re excited to collaborate with the BDB another year to deliver meaningful data that will help shape business decisions across the region,” said Rick Slater, Managing Partner at Kaufman Rossin. “The findings will give all stakeholders—from Corporate Headquarter CEOs to policymakers—greater clarity on what lies ahead in 2025.”
Participants will be asked to share their perspectives on:
- Key business challenges and opportunities in 2025
- Growth expectations and hiring plans
- The regional economic climate and investment trends
- Strategies for navigating change and uncertainty
The survey is open now to CEOs, business owners, and operational leaders with decision-making authority in Palm Beach County. All responses will be analyzed and reported in aggregate to ensure confidentiality.
