Last year, members of the “One Palm Beach” collective ventured to New York City to connect with executives considering a relocation to Palm Beach County, Florida. This year, they adopted a localized strategy, targeting executives who have recently made the move to the area. The result? An influx of younger families assuming key positions, with customized tours organized for both private and public schools throughout the county. Additionally, the education group engaged with leaders representing companies in the midst of relocating their entire workforce.
“Offering a concierge service at no cost is our commitment to supporting our companies, especially with one of the services devoted to education connections. As the leading economic development organization, it’s our responsibility to equip companies with the resources and networks they need to thrive in our community long-term. Our dedicated One Palm Beach team spares no effort in extending a gracious welcome, ensuring a seamless transition,” remarked Kelly Smallridge, President and CEO of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County.
