The summer associates will be based across Florida with access to attorneys and staff from the firmโs 13 offices statewide. Each summer, Gunster opens its doors to a cohort of rising 3Ls, offering them a front-row seat to sophisticated, live-client matters that span across practice areas and office locations. Selected from the very top of their law-school classes, these summer associates immerse themselves in the pace and rigor of a business-focused firm, all while paired with a dedicated mentor who provides individualized guidance and candid career insight. The program equips each participant with the practical skills and professional relationships essential to launching a thriving legal career. |
![]() Carson Blankย attends Florida State University College of Law, where he serves as a Staff Editor for both the FSU Law Review and FSU Business Review. Carson has experience as a Legislative Fellow with the Florida House of Representatives, where he researched constitutional and statutory issues, and as a law clerk at a firm that services construction and surety industries. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University. Carson will be located in theย Jacksonvilleย office this summer. |
![]() Christian Chaseย is a J.D. candidate at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he is involved with the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and the Moot Court Board. He has clerked for a full-service law firm based in Birmingham, Alabama and the Alabama Office of the Attorney General. Christian also worked as a Player Development Intern for the Chicago White Sox Double-A team, handling analytics and operations. He holds masterโs and bachelorโs degrees from the University of Florida. Christian will spend the summer working in ourย West Palm Beachย office. |
![]() Maggie Crewsย is pursuing her J.D. at Emory University School of Law, where she is the Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. She has legal experience in various areas including health care and personal injury and previously interned at the State Attorney in Tallahassee. Maggie graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Criminology. Maggie will be located in theย West Palm Beachย office this summer. |

She is also active in the International Moot Court Program and Student Bar Association. Iara previously interned for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, focusing on international law issues, and has professional experience in sales management at an Agriculture company. She is fluent in Spanish and holds both a Master of International Business and dual bachelorโs degrees from the University of Florida. Iara will be working in theย Miamiย office this summer. |
